I’m Jessica: mom to two, infant and pediatric sleep consultant and the answer to all of your middle of the night ‘why isn’t my baby sleeping’ internet searches.
With a background in nursing and a passion for all things motherhood, I want to empower you with the science behind sleep and provide you with the tools and support you in helping your little one become an independent sleeper. Together, we’ll discover your child’s sleep potential through their natural rhythm, biological routine and development!

I like to think of sleep training as sleep guiding.
I give you the knowledge, tools, guidance and encouragement to confidently help your little one master sleeping independently.
My approach is holistic.
I not only look at your child’s sleep challenges and habits, but also at their nutrition, medical needs and personality, plus your parenting philosophies and goals.
Evolution is everything.
I am constantly continuing my education—not only in sleep, but also in infant care and the postpartum journey—so I can create the best plan for you (and only you).

Everybody (and every baby) has unique traits that make them, them. The same is true when it comes to sleeping! That’s why I’ll get to know your little family first, from nutrition to naptime.
Next, we plan
After I create a personalized plan, I’ll help you implement it. Remember, a brand new sleep schedule doesn't happen overnight. Baby steps.
Then, you sleep
Picture this: your little one is snoozing away on a consistent basis, and you’re finally sleeping for more than a few hours at a time. Mama is back!
